The Gallery House Boutique Hotel features four beautifully designed suites, hidden inside a gorgeous craftsman home built in 1895.  The hotel catches a wonderful first impression with its cozy wrap around porch and also welcomes their guest with a nice asphalt and cement parking lot. Complete with 14 spaces, plus an ADA space with ramp up onto porch. *On the south side of property off of Ollie Street, the Gallery House Boutique Hotel an Entrance & Exit signs near each Aprin with curb.

Adorned with original hard wood floors, five fireplaces, stain glass and ten foot ceilings stamped with vintage reclaimed tin from other Historic buildings in the region. Guest enjoy the nostagic feeling and DEJAVU moments this hotel brings.

Each of the four suites include a mini split to control air tempature, mini fridge, microwave, coffee/tea station complete with all the goodies, fresh cotton towels, tolietries, King size bed, smart TV, free WIFI, welcome cookies/brownies/scones and bottled water. Table/Desk, luggage rack, dress/wardrobe, chairs, lamps, make-up mirrors, hairdryers, iron/board/ wooden hangers, nice linens, blankets, bedding, towels and window treatments. 

The Gallery House Boutique Hotel does a self check-in with keypad entrance. Owner/Agent has operated as a Bed & Breakfast Hotel from 2020-2023. Beginning January 1srt, 2024, owner changed name to The Boutique Hotel and dis-continued the complimentary breakfast.

Owner also ran much like a Boutique hotel, renting four individual rooms, in lieu of renting entire home to one party. *On occasion and with owner approval, the entire Gallery House has indeed been rented on a two night minimum for private gatherings such as funerals, graduation, weddings, etc for accomodations only.

The Gallery House Boutique Hotel reviews are award winning for two years in a row from Other sites, such as Google and Yelp have also received over 9.8 revew ratings out of 10. Owner directs most of the business to the website, as well as, creates direct billing for repeat guest, corporate contracts and private bookings.

The Gallery House Boutique Hotel location is in an R-3 zone, which is residential and multi-housing. The requirements to build a Hotel were in place whenowner/agent purchased in 2018.

*Perhaps this location could be re-zoned in time, into other possibilities such as an office complex, restaurant, retail neighborhood store or gift shop.
