The Property was sold in 2023 by a Realtor for $2.1 million as a turn-key (furnishings and equipment included). The Buyer, unfortunately, did not financially qualify. The Mansion was purchased December 2010 by its 3rd owners, Sheila and Ira Chaffin, an Architect/Urban Planner and a Sculptor, who undertook a substantial construction and code upgrade, thus savingthe Mansion for future generations to enjoy.
