The Wisteria Inn B&B is a beautiful 1920’s era Spanish Colonial Revival house under a canopy of moss-draped oaks. Once the winter home to a Connecticut senator, it is located three miles from the Atlantic beaches and less than a mile from historic downtown Melbourne’s quaint shops and active nightlife.

The Inn has two guest rooms in the main house, and an office that can easily be converted to a third room. The Carriage House features two guest rooms and an apartment that can be innkeepers’ quarters or another rental.

The rooms in the main house have been renovated and professionally redecorated and feature private baths, beautiful furniture, custom wallpaper and the original heart of pine floors. The carriage house rooms feature private entrances and kitchenettes.

Wisteria has the only professionally equipped kitchen and restaurant for public dining in a bed and breakfast in Brevard County. The dining room can seat up to 20 and the kitchen can accommodate up to eight people for cooking classes. The Inn is fully equipped with a central fire system and emergency lighting, and is totally up to code.

This is a turnkey property with most furnishings included. The Inn has been closed for the past year, due to an accident and recovery of an aged parent, but calls have continued to come in daily without an active website. A transition to a thriving property again should be smooth. The websites’ elements are all available to reassemble in a second.

This property also would make an excellent family compound! Four days notice to view and only the serious will..
