Designed and built specificaly as a B&B to meet all the requirments for licensing, this five star property has been very successful for the current owners. Located on the beautiful island of Maui in Historic Lahaina Town, it is one of only a few permitted B&B's in Maui County. The permit is not transferable but the new Innkeeper would not have difficulty obtaining another. All guest rooms on the balcony level with views of the islands of Lanai and Molokai. Owners quarters and laundry downstairs.

New air-conditioned garage was built in 2009. All rooms have private bathes, a/c ,free internet connection, and include all furniture and linens. There are very few accomodations between B&B's and resorts which make B&B's a popular choice for visitors. comment: We are ready to retire, travel, and enjoy our grandchildren and would love to pass our B&B onto new owners who would love the work and the guests as much as we do.
