In addition having the skills of a gourmet cook, wine enthusiast, and strong computer background skills, along with electrician, plumbing and general carpentry are also a tremendous asset. Will you be available anywhere in the entire United States, or the Caribbean by appointment or short notice. Will you be able to arrive a day or before your agreed upon start-date (no cost to you) to be familiarized with all aspects of your Inn or Bed and Breakfast Inn. This is a necessary experience for your personal methods of operation, including marketing, reservations, housekeeping, cooking, area attractions, dining and entertainment, records management, computer system and software, mechanical workings and any idiosyncrasies of the property.
