Nestled deep in the Berkshires Appalachian Mountains at the foot of Mount Greylock is this quaint Restaurant and Inn. Mature botanical flower gardens, casual reading library, music room and a cozy/casual pub-like atmosphere in the middle of the lovely town of Adams, this inn brings down-home comfort to locals and tourists alike.

Harrington’s is a perfect venture for either the seasoned restaurateur, or a beginner at the inn and restaurant business. Ready for you to move in, our already successful inn and pub offer a bar and a dining area where there’s plenty of seating available for patrons looking for a ball game to private dining in front of our functional fireplace. Our porches are also available for our nature loving customers to enjoy their cocktails outdoors while experiencing our bursting floral and perennial gardens. Five expansive inn rooms are located on the second floor.

They include Italian tile fireplaces, hardwood floors and full private baths and laundry. This floor also contains a quaint community foyer for guests. The third floor has the potential of a 2000 sq ft owner penthouse suite; this area has not been converted but has potential to be a gorgeous owner-occupied private dwelling. A few features of the third floor include antique claw foot bathtub, cedar closets and tin ceilings.

Harrington’s is located in downtown Adams and is walking distance of shopping, schools and an assortment of local entertainment and nightlife. Harrington’s is being sold fully furnished and is currently in full operation.
