We bought this residence (which we made into the lovely quiet High Hill Inn) and property because of the spectacular views of the Green Mountains, the peaceful privacy, the stunning sunsets over the mountain skyline, the custom built aspect of this residence with quality materials and loaded with extras, the proximity of 3 miles to downtown Montpelier with great shopping and restaurants and an excellent organic supermarket/wellness store carrying thousands of "made in Vermont" foods and supplements. Sightseeing abounds everywhere, and there is "something for everyone" within an hour or two of the Inn. For air travel, the Burlington Airport with 4 major airlines is 45 minutes away.
